The worst customer service of my life. Do not buy from this company. I received a top from them which was significantly too small (order up the sizing is terrible) and so asked to exchange for a new top. Sent the order back and was confirmed by the parcel service that it had been received by club L. I waited a month for them to contact me regarding a refund or exchange and they never did so I emailed them. In all emails I was referred to as ‘babe’ (super unprofessional IMO). I had to email multiple times to hear back from them and the responses tried to fob me off with you won’t hear anything for three weeks. Once I pointed out it had been over a month they sent me a disclaimer form to sign and said they would check warehouse cctv. I was told explicitly that I would have to return the form within 48 hours or wouldn’t get any help. I did and 8 days on still waiting for a response from them. Have emailed again and will be taking this issue up with my bank if I do not receive any valuable correspondence from them today. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Really great service and delivery. The dress was a lot thicker than advertised (for the summer) It's definitely more of a winter dress but the quality looks good!

I love there clothes. I find it really difficult to get clothes that fit well, however every time I order from Club L London the clothes fit perfectly. The quality is amazing and they always arrive quickly.

I buy all my going clothes from club london! I love them the quality is amazing! I always get so many messages asking where I get my outfits from when I wear them. Great price, great designs, great quality!
